Can you detect hidden plumbing leaks?
While we inspect all visible plumbing, hidden leaks behind walls or under floors may not be visible. However, we look for indicators like water stains, mold, musty odors, unusually high water meter readings, and we use moisture meters. For suspected hidden leaks, we can add FLIR thermal imaging to detect moisture behind surfaces.
