Our certified radon inspectors will come out to the property and set up a radon test in the home where it will test for 3 days to collect the sample.
Our inspector will then send the test off to our certified lab to have it tested for radon and the levels it is producing. You will then see test results in 1-2 days after test is sent to the lab.
Lab results consider hazardous exposure at 4 pCi/L or higher, Radon levels less than 4 pCi/L still pose a risk and in many cases can be reduced, although it is difficult to reduce levels below 2 pCi/L.
