Purchasing or owning a home with a pool used to be a rare find but now in the last 10 years have become more popular and available to have. This ownership also comes with alot of responsibility and upkeep. When looking at purchasing, the pool should always be treated just like the home your wanting and should have an inspection done before closing the deal.

Our inspectors are pool certified through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Inspectors) are knowledgeable in every component that makes up a pool. From the shell, deck, equipment, down to the safety standards and so forth. We want to ensure that we can provide you an entire list of areas that may need to be maintenanced to replaced before sending the purchase agreement. The pool inspection report will allow you to use in negotiations before your purchase agreement is final if any defects or repairs are found.

This will ensure you are covered when making the final call! Our inspector will inspect around 100 + components during the inspection.
