Air Conditioning Inspection

Cooling systems, condition, and capacity — verified.

An aging or undersized AC system can mean uncomfortable summers and surprise replacement bills measured in thousands. We inspect the cooling system to confirm it's running, sized appropriately, and safe.

Our AC inspection covers the outdoor condenser, the indoor evaporator coil where accessible, refrigerant line condition, condensate drainage, and electrical disconnect — with photos of every component.

What we look at — in detail.
